July has started and I have some ideas I would like to talk about with you. Recently I started to track more carefully my sleeping as it’s one of the biggest factors to affect the quality of life. I bet you too know the feeling when you haven’t slept enough. Some studies even say that sleep deprivations equals being heavily drunk!
Sleep tracking
So there’s no doubt of the importance of sleep. To dive in a bit deeper, I wanted to see how the sleeping hours affect to other things going on my life so I started to track them. Being lazy af I also wanted to make the tracking as easy as possible so I made a printable tracker for that. It’s easy to keep on the nightstand or glue in your bullet journal, notebook or calendar. No drawing or DIY needed. (Oh, and it has the moon phases too, just like the Moon cycle printable tracker for periods!)
Keeping a dream diary
Besides just tracking the sleeping hours, I have also started to write down my dreams. My Dream Diary didn’t start really well though, first week I basically wrote down a line or two saying that I don’t remember much. The breakthrough came when I realized there’s this in between state before the actual waking up when I doremember the dreams I had. After that I got myself up on that phase and yaaaas, there it was. Not crystal clear but clear enough to write almost the whole page instead of few lines!
I find it really fascinating to catch my dreams as it gives me opportunity to see what my subconscious is chewing right now. Quite a lot, it seems. 😀
To make both the tracking and writing down as enjoyable and easy as it can be, I’m now working on a notebook that has blanc pages to write the dreams on and the sleep tracker printed inside the front cover. I’m super excited about this and I hope you will be too!
What should these be called?
Now comes the hard part. I have been doing a lot of drawing, sketching and trying out but I can’t decide the name of this product line. Usually I’m pretty sure about the names immediately but now I feel stuck. Could you help me?
The combination has two parts. The first one is the printable, A4-sized sleep tracker which you can use as it is or implement in in journal or calendar. The second one is the A5-sized notebook, which also contains the same tracker printed inside the front cover. I’m also considering to print the name on the cover with holographic foil but we’ll see. At first I need to know which one of the names it’s going to be. 😀
And now comes the actual name problem. I started with Sweet Dreams as it sounds so enlightening but then I remembered Dare to dream which also sounds pretty good and convenient.
So which one it should be? Penny of your thoughts. And should the tracker and the notebook have the same name or not? Please, help! 😀

Lovely ideas! I would by “Dare to dream” for both things; for marking dreams and tracking. If I would want to only write down my dreams, I would by “S weet dreams”
I have got so much help and ideas from your postings, although I have been readin only abbout 20 minits :). So thank You for Youre help to organize my life and World around me (heart).
I always wish I had more time to DIY stuff and my Pinterest and notebooks are full of ideas I never have time to actually do. This time I decided to go for it and we ended up having so much fun with my daughter on this small but lovely project.
The daily text of today is not in here. It’s actually a letter to myself to be opened on January 11th, 2021. I’ve done one in school years and years ago (my daughter actually did the same quite recently) but after that, I got back to this lovely little piece of a routine last year. …
We have a tendency to avoid the hard parts. To postpone the difficult task and to procrastinate the ones that make us uncomfortable. No need to be ashamed though, that’s only a very human thing to do. Eat the frog is a technique that helps you go over that.
