Dalgona coffee | a piece of heaven

By Aino on April 30, 2020

Have you tried Dalgona coffee yet? It’s really heavy both on sugar and in caffein but tastes soooo good! Super simple recipe below. ♡

What you need for Dalgona coffee →

Equal amounts (I used 1 table spoon of each) of three ingredients;
• sugar (I prefer cane sugar)
• instant coffee (the cheap, regular one goes great)
• hot/boiling water

Mix all above together with blender or stick blender until it turns to a beautiful foam. The longer you whisp, the lighter and thicker the foam becomes.

Put some milk (hot or cold, depending on preference) in a glass. I used hot vanilla flavoured soy milk for this and poured half a glass of it.

Pour the foam on top.

That’s it. Pure bliss! ♡
